QB64 v2.1 released! You can find it at qb64.com. # General * Now using MINGW/GCC v12.1. * Audio subsystem/libraries have been replaced - meaning no longer restricted to LGPL for simply using BEEP. * Fixed: Opening a file from the command line (outside of the QB64 folder). # Run/Compile * When pressing F5 on an *Untitled* BAS file, QB64 will clean up after itself (delete the file). # Help * The entire Help has been replaced; now uses commonly used markdown files instead of proprietary .txt files. * Help pane displays the full name of the document, which means the *breadcrumbs* have been removed - *backspace* continues to navigate backward. * The *visible* "wiki" related features have been removed. # Other * Fixed: The *Math Evaluator* failed in some scenarios.

Great news, indeed! Thanks for replacing the sound library, now it's finally possible to release a program as closed source.
